Coded welders hibernate for winter !

The photograph below shows welder Gordon Smith. After a busy summer scurrying around the factory and welding pieces of metal into pressure vessels he is now crawling into a little home he has built for himself in order to hibernate for the winter.
He will not now be seen until early next year when spring returns .
