This is the top end of a 20 cubic meter vertical storage vessel for contents to be pressurised to 16 bar
The additional brackets are for the access ladder and platform to allow safe access to the valves at the top of the vessel – also a separate Davit arm to allow a harness and winch for safe access internally to the vessel.
